The EACA Team supports the membership both proactively and responsively. It takes action to advance the membership’s goals and strives to meet and exceed members’ expectations. 

We foster a trust-based relationship between the Secretariat and our members. We identify common issues and objectives and translate them into effective advocacy, outreach, industry and education initiatives. 

We asses our success against measurable KPIs, including policy and communications achievements and high member satisfaction scores.
