  • Supporting the Comms Manager in writing membership communications, industry-related articles & news, drafting the monthly newsletter and any announcements, 1-pagers, press releases, etc.
  • Updating and maintaining our events calendar
  • Supporting data and administrative tasks for the Communications team
  • Liaising with and supporting the CEO and the other departments when needed, especially during events (invitations, attendees lists, comms prep for the event, promo)
  • Improving EACA’s online visibility, updating and helping in the coordination of EACA’s social media channels (LinkedIn)
  • Designing marketing material on Canva, including newsletters, eDMs and social media assets

We are looking for someone with:

  • University degree or background in communications, marketing, advertising
  • Experience with Canva and other digital & social campaign tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written) – any other European languages are, of course, welcome
  • Excellent writing and proof-reading skills (“attention to detail” is your second name)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Some experience with data and administrative tasks
  • A creative, ideas-focused mindset
  • Desired: experience with mailing tools and WordPress
  • Proactive, self-starting and “can do” attitude (!)
  • EU passport, student visa, or other means of residing and working in Belgium for the duration of the traineeship

We offer:

  • A 6-month full-time paid internship (CIP contract via Bruxelles Formation)
  • An international work environment, which means you will get to work with members from all over Europe and beyond
  • A hybrid working mode: #wfh 3 days a week
  • Opportunity to work at the heart of the communications industry
  • One day off per month worked + one week off between Christmas and New Year
