We are excited to announce that we are taking significant steps to make our upcoming event at Maison de la Poste in Brussels more sustainable and environmentally friendly. We believe that every small effort counts towards a greener future, and we invite you to participate in this positive change.

Green and Accessible Venue

We’ve carefully chosen Maison de la Poste as our venue, which aligns with our commitment to sustainability and accessibility. Its eco-friendly features and accessibility options make it an ideal choice for our event.

Sustainable Vendor Partnerships

We have partnered with sustainable vendors across various aspects of the event, from technology to catering. By supporting these eco-conscious businesses, we are contributing to reducing our environmental impact.

Waste Reduction Initiatives

After the event, we will donate reusable items, such as stage parts and other event materials, to minimise waste. Your participation will help us extend the lifespan of these items and reduce landfill waste.

Sustainable Food Choices

Our gala menu will be entirely vegetarian. Join us in savouring delicious, planet-friendly dishes.

Going Paper Smart

To reduce paper waste, we are moving all event information online. Stay updated, access resources, and engage with us digitally to help us cut down on paper usage.

Ways You Can Contribute:

We believe that together, we can make a substantial impact. Here are a few ways you can actively participate and support our sustainability goals:

  • Choose Sustainable Transportation: Opt for eco-friendly transportation options, such as trains, to reach our event. Reduce your carbon footprint while enjoying a convenient and responsible journey.
  • Offset Your Carbon Footprint: Consider carbon offsetting to neutralise the environmental impact of attending the event. Every contribution makes a difference in mitigating climate change.
  • Don’t Buy, Rent: Instead of purchasing a new outfit for the occasion, consider renting one.
