Roshanak Fatahian from NORD DDB and the EACA DEI Task Force will kick off the conversation with some eye-opening findings from EACA’s research on creative equality about gender representation at European awards. Our group of experts will then explore how awards can elevate the careers of leading creatives and discuss why progress in representation is still needed.
