Advertising is built on relationships between brands, agencies, and the audiences we serve. Now, we need your voice to shape the next era of client-agency partnerships.

That’s why the European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA), in partnership with Kantar and WFA, is launching a pan-European study to understand what brand CMOs and their teams truly need from agencies. This study is EACA’s commitment to working hand in hand with them to ensure agencies are not just meeting expectations, but exceeding them.

“As President of the EACA, I would like to prioritise the establishment of an even closer relationship of trust between agencies and advertisers”, says Christian de la Villehuchet, EACA’s President. “Working more closely with the advertisers’ community is vital if we are to remain as relevant and innovative as we need to be. EACA works actively on shaping the road to a new working relationship with clients”.

The survey is fully anonymous and will remain open until 2 May 2025. We will release an industry insights report in April, offering a unique perspective on what CMOs across Europe are prioritising and where agency-client relationships are headed .
