EACA IMPACT Awards Call for Entries Opens

Brussels, 29 November 2022: The European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA) and its IMPACT Council have announced the call for entries for the 2022 IMPACT Awards for Interactive Marketing, Promotion and Activation.

The IMPACT Council, previously the Integrated Marketing Communications Council (IMCC), represents the European standard of brand activation and integrated marketing communication, and speak for the industry that represents an enormous share of marketing spend and exceptional creative solutions. Earlier this year, the Council along with the awards, rebranded itself to further unify the promotional marketing community.

The IMPACT Awards, formerly known as IMC European Awards, are open to national award winners of the 6 member countries: Czech Republic, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. All national winners can enter (Bronze, Silver & Gold) the competition. In case there are no awards in your country, you can enter without the pre-requirement of winning a national competition. Campaigns must have run in one IMPACT member country between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2021. A diverse range of categories are offered to keep the awards relevant to the evolving marketing communications landscape. A full list of categories and category definitions is available here.

Judging of the IMPACT Awards takes place in two rounds, with the first round conducted entirely online, and the second round over a full-day online session within the IMPACT Council members. The selection of up to 60 senior members from a variety of marketing disciplines (up to 6 from each country’s organisation) aims to evaluate entries based on proof that integrated marketing communications was key to the success of the campaign. The Jury is chaired by Alvaro Alés, CEO of 360º Marketing & Communications, who succeeds Renate Vogt, Director of Friends4You, who chaired and contributed enormously to the success of the awards for over a decade.
