EACA President Christian de la Villehuchet is the new “godfather” of the Care Awards

We are thrilled to share that our President, Christian de la Villehuchet, is the new Godfather of the ACT Care Awards!

Christian as the Global Chief Client and Global Chief Integration officer of Havas and President of the European Association of Communications Agencies, succeeds Dita Charanzová, former Vice President of the European Parliament, who held the title of “Godmother” for an impressive 15 years. 

Christian is a passionate advocate for our industry’s power to shape a better world, stating: “Communication is the only business that can change both advertisers’ agenda and consumer behaviours. In a positive way. The ACT Care Awards have celebrated this role since they were created 18 years ago by recognising the true value of communication shaping the world to a slightly better place. Having partnered with ACT Responsible for several years, I am honoured to be the Godfather of the awards”.
