Farewell, Tamara!

It’s the final days before the holidays, and we’ve almost got everything ready to celebrate the season. But this year, our “see you next year” feels a bit bittersweet: our CEO Tamara Daltroff is heading off on a new professional adventure in January.

While we’re a little sad to say goodbye, we’re truly happy that so many members and stakeholders had the chance to meet with Tamara and us this December to give her the recognition she deserves and to feel the friendship and admiration of so many colleagues in the industry.

And rightly so! Tamara’s journey with us began nearly 15 years ago, and during her 6 years as CEO, she reimagined the Effie Europe Awards, turning them into a truly continental celebration of effectiveness with the Best of Europe track at its heart. She championed sustainability with the creation of Ad Net Zero Europe, ensuring our industry is both effective and responsible. She gave agencies a global voice through VoxComm and set EACA on a path defined by collaboration, strength, and purpose (among many other remarkable achievements!).

Thank you, Tamara, for your vision, your belief in us, and your unwavering commitment to excellence. Your legacy will continue to inspire us for years to come, as we move forward under the leadership of our beloved NAC Chair, Charley Stoney, as our new CEO.
