Brussels, 23 September 2019: Havas Media Group is the first new signatory to join the memorandum of understanding (MoU) on online advertising and intellectual property rights (IPRs). The MoU was launched in June 2018 for a an initial one-year period, after which its effectiveness was to be evaluated.
