Check the IAPI Sentiment Survey 2023
The Institute Of Advertising Practitioners In Ireland (IAPI) has released the Spring edition of its 2023 Sentiment Survey. The future looks bright for the Irish industry! 2023 performance is predicted to be strong as 63% of respondents believe their agency will do better or much better than last year.
The areas targeted in the survey include happiness in the workplace, diversity, inclusion, work-life balance, stress levels and more.
“This Sentiment Survey of the commercial creativity and communications industry in Ireland has provided us with invaluable insights. Despite the external pressures of the past few years, agency talent remains resilient and optimistic, with findings demonstrating a positive outlook in general. As the voice for the industry in Ireland, IAPI needs to be on top of how our talent is feeling, from juniors to leaders, as initiatives that look after their well-being are equally as important as those that showcase their work”, says Charley Stoney, CEO, IAPI and Chair of the National Associations Council on the EACA Board. “I am, as ever, in awe of the volume and quality of the work the industry delivers for brands, and seeing such positivity and optimism for its future is energising.”
