About Ad Net Zero:
Ad Net Zero is a global initiative driven from within the advertising industry to decarbonise the production, distribution, publication and broadcast of all advertising activities. The initiative is to support all agencies, brands, companies and professionals working within the
industry by providing support, training and industry information to facilitate the decrease of emissions associated with operating within this industry. Ad Net Zero has already successfully launched in the UK, the US, Ireland and New Zealand, with a Global Team also in London. The Ad Net Zero Europe hub is to launch in April 2024.
This is a newly created position within the EACA to support the activities and progress of the Ad Net Zero Europe Hub, which will consist of 10-12 countries/markets in the first launch wave. The Project Coordinator will be an important cog in Ad Net Zero’s development in Europe across 2024 and beyond, working with the EACA, trade bodies and agencies across Europe to deliver long-term change in the way our industry works.

➢ Direct, daily support to the Ad Net Zero Europe Team and Director.
➢ Office setup, including emails, information drives and folders, systems and platforms.
➢ Facilitate the compilation of a comprehensive listing of key stakeholders, trade bodies, and agencies involved in the Ad Net Zero Europe hub.
➢ Establish and maintain a database of all Members, including key contacts within each national advertising association.
➢ Respond to and handle onboarding requests from potential new chapters who reach out via the website, Ad Net Zero Global, or social media, arranging meetings when necessary.
➢ Management and onboarding process for new country chapters.
➢ Serve as the primary point of contact for existing country chapters and stakeholders with regular engagement with the current supporter base and promptly addressing general queries via email.
➢ Provision of regular updates to all trade bodies involved in Ad Net Zero Europe and the preparation of the agenda and content for Ad Net Zero stakeholder meetings.
Engaging with ANZ Global Teams:
➢ Build relationships with the ANZ global admin and marketing team to facilitate seamless coordination of events and tools for sharing with members.
➢ Regular liaison with the team, specifically with communication and events tapping into theskills offered across this resource.
➢ Coordinate schedules for training sessions and information-sharing with the ANZ Global team.
➢ Compile a comprehensive list of partners with the help of national trade bodies and Ad Net Zero Global (e.g., Scope 3, Ad Green) and provide relevant contacts to country chapters.
➢ Support all communication activity to members, including distribution of newsletters and important updates.
➢ Ensure the website is regularly updated with new member information, upcoming training seminars and other relevant content, including that provided by the global team.
➢ Manage the calendar of events for the member community, including training seminars organized by the Global team.
➢ Assist in the planning and management of events, live and virtual.
➢ Prepare reports on new supporter engagement/numbers/markets for the monthly Ad Net Zero Board meetings.
➢ The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
➢ Experience from the advertising industry is preferred, with the successful candidate demonstrating a clear, informed understanding of how the advertising eco-system works.
➢ Strong organisational skills are essential for effectively managing various tasks and responsibilities.
➢ The successful candidate may also have experience working in a climate action-related area, either through client work or directly on projects, and able to evidence a clear, impassioned understanding of advertising’s unique situation within the climate debate.
➢ The successful candidate will have strong planning and management skills.
➢ Familiarity with communication and media platforms, as well as website management, is advantageous.
➢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a priority, with the ability to present.
confidently in meetings on behalf of Ad Net Zero in Europe when required.
➢ Social media savvy with the ability to leverage various platforms effectively is a priority.
