We’re hiring: Membership Manager

The European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA), a Brussels-based organisation which represents full-service advertising, media agencies and agency associations in Europe, is currently recruiting a Membership Manager to strengthen its team. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  1. Membership & Industry relations (85%)
  • Organise EACA’s Councils & Task Force meetings with top agencies representatives
  • In close coordination with the Council & Task Force Chairs, co-run the meetings and contribute to the high-level industry discussions
  • Foster strong relationships with and among EACA members
  • Conduct Members’ surveys when needed
  • Organise EACA’s annual meetings (agenda, invitation management, speaker correspondence, etc.)
  • Reach out to potential new members
  • Represent EACA in internal or external industry meetings and events
  • Support the Director General with EACA’s strategy & objectives
  1. Communications (15%)
  • Manage EACA’s website
  • Be responsible for the monthly newsletter & social media accounts
  • Write blog posts and/or press releases about relevant industry news

The successful candidate should:

  • Be passionate and knowledgeable about the communications industry
  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Industry experience is a big plus
  • Identify, kick off and drive initiatives
  • Be dedicated and have a good eye for detail
  • Be comfortable and confident to work with different nationalities
  • Excellent command of both oral and written English, any additional EU language is a plus
  • Be available preferably as of April 2021
  • University degree (BA/MA) in a relevant field (Communications, Economics, etc.)
