EACA names Patou Nuytemans as Ambassador for Agency Value

Former Ogilvy EMEA CEO will make the case for a new agency business model – and argue the industry has misdiagnosed its own crisis.

We're delighted to announce that Patou joins EACA as our Ambassador for Agency Value.

Most recently Chief Executive EMEA, Patou has seen first-hand how AI, new marketing services and shifting client expectations are reshaping what agencies do, and what they're paid for.

Her argument is a direct one: the industry hasn't lost its value. It's never made the case for it well enough, so agencies have been paid for the only thing anyone could see: their time.

That's exactly the challenge at the heart of Redesigning the Agency Value Model, the guidance paper EACA and VoxComm published this year. Patou will carry that conversation further to podcasts across Europe, making the case for why services need to become solutions.

This matters because every agency in Europe is asking some version of the same question right now: what are we worth, and how do we get paid for it? Patou brings the practitioner's view to a conversation EACA has been building for months.
